What is Pxier Events on Cloud?
Pxier is a subscription-based software provided as a service (SaaS). The software is hosted in our data centers. Users subscribe to the software service and pay for what they use.
Do I need to install Pxier software?
No. Pxier's solutions are entirely cloud-based. You just need a browser-enabled device with internet. Open the Pxier link, log in, you're ready.
How do I pay for the service?
Services are subscription-based. You pay monthly or yearly. Yearly subscriptions get an additional 10% discount.
Do you charge a separate yearly support fee?
No. Support cost is included in the monthly or yearly subscription. Support is free and our staff is available 24/7.
Can I cancel the service anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and there are no cancellation charges.
What is included in support?
All Pxier software issues. Support does not include user hardware — we'll do our best, but issues with your PC, tablet, or operating system aren't covered.
Is there a separate charge for upgrades?
No. All upgrades are free.

Accessibility

Can I access Pxier from anywhere?
With proper credentials and a browser-enabled device, you can access your Pxier account from anywhere in the world.
What devices can I use?
PC, laptop, tablet, iPad, iPhone, Android smartphones. The device needs an internet connection.
Is it supported on all browsers?
Pxier works well on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and recent versions of Edge.

Data Security & Privacy

Who can access the data?
We use an Identity Management Solution to control access. Users are verified at login. Customers can limit login by IP address range. All access is logged with location, IP, and time.
Is the infrastructure secure?
Physical and personal security measures ensure only authorized users can access servers. Customer data access is restricted and documented.
What about application security?
Application access over the cloud is tested and verified for vulnerabilities — deemed secure.
What about data privacy?
Customer data is secured via access control and firewall, with optional client-to-server SSL encryption.
Where is my data stored?
We use Amazon Web Services. Data is uploaded to the Amazon cloud with managed CloudSearch supporting 34 languages and search features like highlighting, autocomplete, and geospatial search.
What privacy laws do you abide by?
We strictly adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and ensure lawful collection, storage, use, and erasure of personal data.
Where are your servers?
Our servers are located in the United States, Canada, and Germany.

Application Availability & Uptime

What is the application uptime?
Our uptime is more than 99.95%. A change management process with testing and verification maintains software quality.
How reliable is network connectivity?
Our data centers have redundant network services and devices — a single failure won't bring down the systems.
How reliable are your servers?
Many servers handle data requests. Databases are replicated — if one goes down, others take over seamlessly. Web and app servers are load-balanced to eliminate single points of failure.
What Service Level Agreement do you use?
AWS SLA provides a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.99% during any monthly billing cycle. If services don't meet the commitment, you're eligible for a Service Credit.

Backup & Replication

Is my data backed up and secure?
Yes. Data is backed up on multiple devices. A separate backup is maintained for every day of the week, rolling over weekly — we keep the last seven days.
Can I get a copy of my data?
Yes. Run reports and save as CSV files at no cost. Open in Excel or any spreadsheet tool.
Can I get a full data export from Pxier?
Yes. You can request a full copy weekly for a small monthly fee. Or use the save-as option in reports yourself.

CRM & Lead Management

Can I use Pxier for customer and contact management?
Yes. Create and manage customer and contact information. Organize by customer type — corporate, social, government, non-profit, etc. Customers can have multiple contacts.
Is there a limit on customers or contacts?
No limit.
Can I track how customers heard about my business?
Yes. Track the customer source and industry. Analyze which advertising campaigns are working.

Event Scheduler

Does Pxier handle event scheduling and conflicts?
Yes. The platform offers daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views with conflict notifications across all your rooms and resources.
Can I manage recurring events?
Yes — full recurring event support with the ability to skip individual occurrences or modify single instances.
Can I customize BEO templates?
Yes. Customize Banquet Event Order templates with your branding and required fields. Available in the Enterprise plan.

Email & Marketing

Can I send marketing emails from Pxier?
Yes. Targeted email campaigns directly from inside Pxier with segmentation, scheduling, and reporting.
Do you support SMS marketing?
Yes — integrated SMS marketing on Amazon-backed infrastructure for newsletters, promotions, and targeted campaigns.
How does email deliverability work?
Built on Amazon SES with reputation monitoring and bounce handling. We protect sender reputation by enforcing list hygiene and opt-out compliance.
