Payments, Receipt and Tickets
Pxier salon software can be configured for Sales Tax or VAT. Either way, it displays receipts and tickets in a format optimized for your country and currency. Pxier supports most countries, currencies, and government-approved invoice and ticket formats.
For payments, we integrate with many providers to accept credit and debit cards in the salon or online. Pxier does NOT take commission on your sales transactions. With integrated payments, refunds and cancellations are possible too. You can also accept payments through an external terminal or manually key in cash, check, cards, or bank transfers. Salon Services provided by your stylists
Pxier salon software can be configured with the full range of services your salon offers — haircuts, color, highlights, balayage, blowouts, treatments, mani/pedis, and more. Pxier supports a multi-level hierarchy: accounting groups, service groups, and individual services. Each service can be configured with a name, description, duration, cost, number of stylists required, tax rates, and an online-bookable flag, plus a description for online clients.
Stylists and technicians are assigned to the specific services they perform, so bookings stay accurate. Chair cleanup or turnaround time can be added to a service and Pxier includes it when checking availability.

Full inventory, product usage & purchasing
Pxier does far more than count stock. Link products to the services that consume them — with a usage amount in real units (mL, oz, grams or each) — and inventory is drawn down automatically every time that service is performed. A colour service can consume 60 mL of developer and 40 g of colour, deducted automatically, so back-bar and retail products (colour, developer, shampoo, styling) track their own usage and you see the true product cost of every service.
